I guess luxury sedan rear seats dont fold down except for the center armrest. I noticed this on the Acura TLs as well. At least you could still fit skis. Does anybody know if the trunk of the Mercedes CLA will fit a adult sized snowboard?

Yes, and the rear seats do fold down, a 158 cm snowboard will just barely fit with me in the front seat (I'm 5,10"). I went to measure it. Be aware, you'll want some extra seat protection, sheets/blankets/towels or something to avoid cutting from the front edge. I think the extra length of skis needs to go through the gap in between the front seats, that's why its shown this way.

Is the ski pass thru in a US CLA? Leather or MBTex? Mine does not and I was told it was not available on any US CLA model.

Nope, the US models don't even have a rear center armrest so certainly no ski pass thru. The Canadian version of the CLA does have a rear center armrest but I don't know if it has as pass thru.
