Headroom does seem to be a probem. It sort of makes sense when you look at the CLA from the side.

It really slopes down alot back there.

I don't think it is fair to expect B250 series headroom in a the CLA.

The CLA is much lower by design.

If people didn't know any better they would think the B250 is a minivan or SUV. That is until you see one in person and realize its smaller than that. But from photos it looks like a larger car and the CLA looks like a small car. That is because of the shape.

The CLA slopes down so much in the back.

I would have assumed that the C class would have more headroom. So they are pretty much the same.. Well I fit fine in the back of a C350. Hmm..

That is how the assist works but some systems will go as far as to intervene your steering to steer you back into your lane if it detects a crash is imminent from your blind spot.

there are better cars for backseat leg and head room. The CLA is not one of these cars.

that is what you get for having a coupe like body.

people love the styling yet they don't like the rear head room. well somethings gotta give. I mean maybe Mercedes could have tried to lower the seat but then the sitting position wouldn't have been comfortable.

I think even for someone who is 6 foot tall if you dont sit straight up you might still fit. But it really depends how long your legs are and how tall the person in front of you is sitting.

It's definitely not idea. Just treat the CLA is a coupe with 4 doors.

The C class and CLA both have comparable head and legroom in the back.

most cars in this segment dont have that great of rear space.

the Lexus IS, Infiniti Q50, Audi A4, C Class

None of them are stellar.
