As the title says, I'm wondering if anyone has come up with this fix/unlock yet. No I don't need any keyboard warriors telling me that I shouldn't be watch video while driving or any of that bullshit.

I would imagine it is illegal (it would make sense that there is a law against it) and thus even if someone has, I doubt you would find your answer on a semi-official forum like this. Probably void any insurance claim too. Best bet are through the forums that are . . . less official.

Illegal is only if you get caught, any modification from standard can void an insurance claim.
In regards to legalities every country/state has different rules and regulations, here in Australia they are extremely strict, that's is why I thought an international forum might have answers on different settings for the same car.
