CLA earned 91% for adult occupant protection, 75% for child protection (oh boy), 74% for pedestrian (WTF) and 81% for safety assist.

Euro NCAP scored CLA at the maximum in side impact barrier tests, showing perfect protection of all body regions. NCAP lauded the front seats and head restraints for providing good whiplash protection in the event of a rear-end collision.

The CLA Looks like it's getting pretty good results. Not amazing for child safety. Is pedestrian safety what happens to a person if you hit them?

As long as it gets a 5 star rating, what more can you ask for?

Yes it is, I don't get why they're focusing on that, all safety efforts should be made for the occupants and not people you might hit.

They dont even have the CLA in their registry

I expect to see it very soon though.
