Up for auction I have (3) slightly used Hercules 225/40-18 winter tires. I bought these last year for my wife's Mercedes CLA and the snow traction on these tires was fantastic. Tires have no more than 4,000 miles on them. The problem is when the dealer went to put them back on this fall they found a hole in the sidewall on one of the tires. Note, I drove it into them in the spring to put the summer tires back on and all four tires were fine. I Am assuming they must have nicked one of them with the tire machine. As a result I had to order a new tire which I could not find, so I ordered (4) new ones. So, someone is going to get (3) great tires. I figure, use two and have one as a spare. Or, if you already have these tires, you know how great they are, you can keep them for when yours wear out. Good luck bidding, winter is on its way.
