For those of you who have purchased a CLA with panorama roof, do you lose interior head room by having the roof? By about how much? Would that change your decision of having the roof and losing a little headroom. Thank you for the advice as I am about to put my order in for a CLA.

No. If anything you gain a bit since it basically "punches out" the roof. I actually considered getting a sunroof even though I don't like sunroofs because I was thinking I would need the headroom. But luckily I fit fine anyways. But no, it does not reduce headroom.

good point, you probably gain an extra inch or so of head room which mean a lot, every bit matters with any extra interior space you can get.
i bet if there was a long wheel base model we'd get another inch of headroom.

Also to be honest, there's enough headroom in the front. I'm 5'9" but I sit as high as a friend who is 6'1" and there's more than enough headroom in the front as long as you're not expecting a minivan or SUV type space (i.e. no matter what, it is still a compact car). The back is another matter. Not only is there not enough headroom for me, but my head actually hits the side curve of the roof (the side coming from the door). And I have very broad shoulders, so my head is more towards the middle of the car than the average build person. But then again, you are buying a coupe styled car, so there are compromises. I can tell you the sunroof's opening doesn't reach far back enough to make rear headroom better.
