keyless door and trunk entry

Is there a button on the door and trunk to open with a key or is the only way with the fob?

There's a button on the lip of the trunk handle to open the trunk (if the car is unlocked). There is a key slot on the driver's door handle to unlock it with a mechanical key but only as a pack up in case the battery in the remote dies. No buttons on the door.

I don't recall any Mercedes models with keyless start.
