IM having a brand new CLA-250 2018. I had a drive for few hours during a snow storm. After 45 minutes I've noticed a lack of power with the motor. No alarm at all in the dash. Everything was working fine except the fact that my car has lost its power. Just like if the turbo was lost (and more). I have experienced this lack of power during 2 hours. Each time I've tried to accelerate it take for ever to speed up from 80 to 100 Km/h. Kick down was working, transmission down shift to gear 4 ant RPM was at 3500 but... acceleration was poor and barely noticeable. Then I stopped for 30 minutes (and stop the motor). Once I restart the car, problem was gone.

Problem has been found. Air filter was jammed by snow. As per Mercedes reply, this is a known problem. No solution yet. Mercedes simply say that if it happens, stop the car and take a 20 minutes break. This will help to melt some snow in the air filter.
