Pictures of the Mercedes CLA 45 AMG have leaked online. Here is what I can find. Feel free to add what you like.

Rumormill is going around saying the cost will be around $50,000

I wonder what will be standard.

Aww yeaaaaa.

I'd say it is a CLA 250 with some aggression added to the mix.

I am liking the AMG quad tail pipes.

Interior seems to be leather with perforated inserts. carbon fiber trim. steering wheel is alcantara and leather.

Everything looks sexy except for the rims. The red calipers look very nice though.

What are the specs on this thing again? You say 50k starting? hm... I wonder what gas mileage will be like. That is only 10k more on top of a fully loaded CLA 250 model.

I just wonder what would be standard. I am not going to lie here.. I was willing to spend $40 for the CLA250 loaded. If the CLA 45 AMG has this interior standard as well as the exterior bits and brakes... For $50k I think I can convince the crazy woman.

I just hope many things are standard. I could care less for those rims as well. If they come with the car even better - I'll sell them to pay for the car and get other rims haha.

becauseracecar is right though. What is gas mileage going to be like.. I don't want a car that sucks up gas. That is why I am looking at a 4 cylinder MB to begin with..

The car does look a little bit odd in some angles.

I tried looking up the gas mileage of the A45 AMG but found conflicting reports:

17/25mpg from one source
40 mpg UK (33.3 mpg US or 7.06 liters / 100 km) from another

19/28 mpg from another

It definitely won't be as good as the regular CLA 250 but as long as you don't drive around and hit boost all the time it won't be that bad. But why did you buy the AMG model in the first place?

To not hit boost?

You will suffer in mileage a little bit but you will gain almost double the HP and a **** load more fun.

You could get the sport package when you buy the CLA 250 in USA

Includes AMG trim, amg wheels, and brakes.

it wont look exactly like the CLA 45 AMG though. The inside on the AMG will still be nicer. Later on you can buy the 45 AMG parts directly from mbusa and install them on your CLA 250. They should fit on the cla 250. It might end up costing as much as a CLA 45 AMG..

if you bought the interior and AMG exterior parts directly from Mercedes it would cost like $10k+

i need to look around first. i haven't decided for sure on the cla.

me and the boyfriend are also looking at audi and lexus and maybe bmw.

we need to see and drive all of them to see.

CLA 45 AMG vs BMW 135is vs Audi RS3

Too bad they don't make the 1M anymore. Maybe they will bring it back now that the CLA 45 AMG is on the block.

Can't find a good photo of the BMW. Just goes to prove no one likes BMWs. haha

But if you go to BMW usa there is no 1M.

I'm not even sure what BMW sells and what they don't. They change their minds all the freaking time. I gave up on BMW. They are changing names, getting rid of models, introducing new models. The **** with them.

The Audi RS3 looks like a VW Golf station wagon with a really piss-poor body kit bumper stuck on the nose. What a hideous car.

The 1M is no longer in production. You'd have to wait for the eventual 2M now.

I really am not sure why everyone likes Audi. Audis have been increasing on the road as years go by. They are so boring and ugly...

This CLA AMG will have to be under 50k. Anything over that and it competes with many other cars that would demolish it.

ATS 3.6, G37, IS350, 335i, even Mercedes own C350.

Those are all 5 second cars. If they price the CLA AMG over 45k it will step on the shoes of the C350.
