This CLA AMG will have to be under 50k. Anything over that and it competes with many other cars that would demolish it.

ATS 3.6, G37, IS350, 335i, even Mercedes own C350.

Those are all 5 second cars. If they price the CLA AMG over 45k it will step on the shoes of the C350.

We don't know if it does 0-60 in 5 seconds yet. We also don't know anything about the 4Matic until the car is actually out. Not to mention it is still FWD bias so the competitors will still outhandle the CLA.

I understand the AMG model is a sportier CLA but if they price it ontop of the likes of the 335i, G37, ATS, C350, even the Audi S4.

Those are all a step above the CLA. The CLA is an ENTRY level Mercedes. Why pay 50k+ for an entry level car?
