The US one only has 7 airbags, but the Canadian B 250 has 9. So I expect that to be one difference. Aside from the km/h speedometer and a few other things.

It's just the decision of the importers in both countries....

The Canadian safety laws are not what is requiring the extra two airbags, it's just that the importer to this country has decided to add the extra two as standard equipment.
