The CLA 250 comes with a 2.0L motor where as the 200 and 180 come with 1.6L motors. The 250 does produce more emissions but also comes with a 4Matic version.
I think if 4Matic is of importance the CLA 250 is the only option. No one knows if the CLA 250 will come with a manual transmission but the CLA 200 does. That is also a potential key difference.
Of course pricing on the 250 will be a big jump from the 200 compared to the 180-200 jump.
The interior and exterior options and differences are not known yet.
