I think this might be just a stock CLA 45 AMG with the night stay package.

if they went with a stealth strobe light setup that would be even better, light bars take away from the beauty of these cars rather than add to them. Quite possible this pacecar has front and rear windsheild mounted strobes like some stealth police vehicles.
