Here are some of the major points. You can read the full review through the link below.

- Notable options include radar cruise control, blind-spot assist, lane-keeping assist, navigation system with Merceds' COMAND control interface and 7-inch screen, Recaro performance seats, panoramic sunroof, exterior carbon-fibre package and 19-inch wheels.

- 2.0-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine that produces 355 horsepower and 332 lb-ft of torque.

- all wheel drive system sends power to the front wheels during normal cruising, but can send up to half the torque to the back wheels when needed.

- interior is less spectacular than other Mercedes, but this is expected because of its entry-level placement. Tall people should beware of the limited space.

- As the cheapest Mercedes model around it should attract younger buyers.

- "Smooth, ready power and small car agility are its main strengths, but a tight back seat will make it impractical for anyone who needs to carry passengers on a regular basis."

good to hear road noise levels are down in the CLA but more noticeable as you get into the higher speeds.

do you have info on what they did to make the interior quite?

not like the tall people cla owners are going to sit in the back. moot point.

the front seats go low enough to seat tall people just fine. It's the back seats that have issues.
