ernster, thanks for the list. I have a couple of questions. Instead of summer tires, do you know if you can opt for all seasons? Also, I don't see BSM listed as standard or an option. I believe it is available as a package on the CLA 250. Is it not available for the CLA45? Am I missing something?

not sure if all season tires are a good idea on an AMG model. I would opt for a performance summer tire and a good quality winter tire in the winter. Why do you want all season tires? They are not the jack of all trades. More like the jack of no trades.

BSM??? one of you asked if it is avaliable? what is it? i dont know.

The only thing that i added from when i ordered was the pano roof. The wife like the way it looked on the other mercedes in the showroom.


I will let you know of any other things that i hear.

Sorry, BSM is Blind Spot Monitoring. Usually there's a light in the side rear view mirrors that will light up if there's a car in your blind spot.

The piano roof looks pretty cool. I assume the piano color is black.

Lastly, is a power moon roof available? Sorry about all the questions. Thanks.

I think $500 for BSM is well worth it. Lane Departure Warning is good to have, too.

Is there an actual release date for the cla45 amg to come out? =)

November 2013 is the release date according to the MB at the NYIAS I attended a couple of weekends ago. CLA 250 will be available a bit sooner in September. The CLA 250 4Matic in Spring of 2014.
