I prefer the multimedia over the premium

navi + backup > heated seats + audio

of course having both would be the best.

It all comes down to what you use more day in and day out. For me would be the heated seats for the cold season and the audio system would help during the long rush hour traffic. I think im will to pay for those since I will be needing them to help me get the day by inside the cabin. I would hate to get in to cold seats.
