Servicing Items Requirements

Is this normal? I wrote in to Daimler AG but they forwarded the email to the authorised dealer in my region.

Sundry, Oil cleaner, cleaning agent, fuel additives?
Just like to bench mark the service requirements which other countries because having serviced my cars for so many years from different makes, these items sound like "snake oil" to increase the service cost.
