My wife has a 2014 CLA with AMG line. Since the car was new it feels like the front end floats, you have to hold the car to keep on line because it wants to go in it's own direction. I have given it back to the dealer so they can mess with it for a few days. The first times they just said nothing wrong with it, but they have not taken it out on the freeway. My 2013 A class with AMG line does not drive at all like the CLA, it holds the line steady.

I have checked the tire pressure and it is good. Next week will take it to another dealer and see what they say. My wife is scared to drive her new car because it feels like it is going to go off the road.

Have you checked your tires air pressure?

Sound like something is wrong. Mine holds the road as tight as any car I've ever had. Checking tire pressure is a good first step.

What he said. Sometimes tires are overfilled if they will be sitting for a while. Also, new tires come with a "release" coating that allows them to release from the mold more easily; that has to be worn off. When breaking in a new car, you are doing more than just the engine.

Does it pulls to one side or twitchy? The car might be out of alignment. If there is too much negative camber the car will push both left and right in response to the road surface. If there is not enough toe in the car will wander. It might be the tires, typical known here as radial pull so, swapping the tires around and if the car feels different then it's the tires.
