Springs were originally installed on show vehicles and driven less than 10 miles. The springs have very low mileage, minor scratches/slight paint chipping, and come with the original manufacturer's warranty card. (AS SHOWN IN PICTURES) SHIPPING AND HANDLING (FLAT RATE) U.S. 48 STATES $30 CANADA $50 HAWAII / PUERTO RICO / ALASKA $90 TERMS AND CONDITIONS: WE REQUIRE PAYMENT WITHIN 8 DAYS OF AUCTION CLOSING DATE: We file Non-Paying Bidder claims if we do not receive payment for the item in 8 days. We will not be responsible for any damages caused by the item, nor any loss you may incur through use, misuse or installation. SHIPPING AND HANDLING: All items will be shipped by FEDEX to the 50 states, and by UPS to Canada. We will require you to pay all additional fees necessary to redirect/reship items to any corrected addresses. All items which have been returned will be held for 20 days until reshipping fees are paid. If the reshipping fees are not paid, the item will be considered forfeit and we will refund only the item price, minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded for undelivered/returned/refused shipments we are not at fault for. Please contact us if you think you need signature confirmation to ensure delivery, however, we require a small fee ($3) for the addition of this service. WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, US Virgin Islands, Guam, and International locations besides Canada. Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska customers require additional shipping charges. Buyer must pay for all taxes, customs, or duties fees incurred. If we have received your payment before FEDEX/UPS gets to our location, usually we can ship your item out the same day, if not the following day. If we find that an item is out of stock, we will do our best to try to find a suitable replacement of equal value for you. WARRANTY AND RETURNS: Warranty period starts upon receiving the item, please verify the item is undamaged from shipping. We offer a 30-day money back guarentee against manufacturers' damages and defects. If you should receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item regarding the issue. We also REQUIRE pictures/videos/sound clips or any other media to be submitted as proof to be able to open up a claim, but we may request for more photos the proof is insufficient. We have a right to deny the claim if buyer is uncooperative during the claims process. Returned items will be verified the items are as claimed BEFORE we send out any replacements or authorize any refunds. The customer is responsible for shipping of the item back to us (unless otherwise stated) for exchange or refunds, and must be sent properly packaged, insured, and with a traceable shipping method. Shipping costs for warranty and replacement items will not be refunded. We require all returns be sent with a copy of the claims information form. If you do not include your claims information with your return, your claim may be delayed/denied. Please allow up to 2-3 days to process your return. Any items sent to our location which have not been authorized will NOT be granted a full refund.
