Vaeth Automobiletechnik is a Mercedes-Benz tuning specialist, and it recently had a go at the top of the range non-AMG variant of the CLA.

The smallest tuning package increases the horsepower of the CLA to 245 hp and 390 Nm of torque instead of the standard 211 hp and 350 Nm or torque. That package will cost you EUR 940.10.

A more intense tuning package increases the hp to 265 hp and torque to 420 Nm, which translates to 62 mph in just 5.9 seconds, while its top speed is increased to an electronically-limited 155 mph.

The 265 hp tuning package comes with a V25 electronics software upgrade, as well as a Vaeth sports exhaust system including downpipes and a specially-developed air-filter. The package comes at a price: EUR 4,950.40 to be exact.

There is also a sportier and height-adjustable coilover suspension offered for EUR 3,545,20, or a cheaper 30mm lower sport suspension set for EUR 452.20.

Visual mods are offered in the form of a carbon fiber front spoiler lip, a tail spoiler lip and a set of gorgeous 20 inch light-alloy wheels, while the interior can be adorned with a range of inserts from carbon fiber and/or precious wood.

Take a look at the pictures!

This CLA looks great, but I hate it when tuning places put their stickers everywhere on the vehicle. I think that a small badge on the back or side of the car is enough. We don't need to put a large decal on the side, the website on the rear bumper, the company name where the three-point star should go, etc...

Maybe that's their company vehicle for marketing purpose?

well they are just trying to advertise their brand. Making the neccessary changes it just gives people something to hold on to rather than trying to find out for themselves.
