I just want to find out what people with colder weather are doing with summer tires. Do you replace them with all seasons run flat or regular tires?
What do you do with spare if you installed regular tires?
I plan to replace the summer tires with all season run flat but in about a couple of years when the summer ones wear out. I have another vehicle I can use when roads are snow and slush covered.

Im gonna replace with all season non-run flat so I can hopefully get a better, smoother, quieter ride than the current summer run flats. Probably Continental Conti DWS. I don't need a spare. In unlikely event something happens, I call roadside or use my small Lighter air compressor to fill up tire and make it nearest station. Thats how I roll :)

I probably will not. I've got another car for bad weather. Though I will defer that judgment to when I actually try mine out. Cold is more of a common issue here than ice/snow.

On a side note, I'm surprised the base car comes with summers. I had assumed only the AMG would. I mean, it's not like it's a true roadster, and it's too weak to be a true sports car. I bet most buyers wouldn't even know they had summers and most would probably want all-seasons.
