Your favorite roadway / road to drive on

I know all of us live all over the place.. but I'm sure we all have our favorite spot we love to take our cars to and drive on. A road with lots of turns, an open stretch, an unpatrolled road... so I'll kick off this thread with my favorite one.

When I go to visit my friend in Ohio, there's a stretch of the I-90 near Buffalo, New York (west of Rochester) where there's almost no police, it's flat and smooth, and you can take your car up to 85mph (*caution: there are cops there sometimes, but it's rare.. but if they are there, be careful!*)

Where is your favorite place to drive?

202 and 47 in Oregon. Pretty quiet. Fun corners, though only a couple of hairpins. Unfortunately part of 202 has potholes. So fun for only half of it. Logie Trail Road is good too, as long as it is not during commuter hours. Tons of switchbacks.

Blue Ridge Parkway (select portions). Best to go during early morning twilight, otherwise too many tourists and bikers.

52 and 19 in West Virginia. Never too busy.
Necro-bump.

While not (my idea of) fun, but very scenic. 22A and 7 in Vermont and 9N in New York. Very pretty grand-tourer kind of roads.

And the Columbia River Highway. Very pretty and if you happen to be on there on the few minutes there's not a lot of traffic, a very fun twisty road.
My commute.

Mountain house to Patterson pass through livermore (wineries) to 84 to "Calaveras" all the way to Milpitas where I work.
Do you have some fun at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca?
Yes, I do :) - It's a nice drive to the raceway itself on i5 from where I am.
I have not taken the 250 but will take the 45 when I get it next year. In the past we used to get a pack of M3's and have some fun.
Take advantage of the AMG Driver's Academy Offer when you buy the 45. I'm going to arrange it down in Laguna Seca whenever I get mine. It's free for the $1800 course in the first year of a new AMG.
